What Is Coaching?

 

Coaching is a collaborative, future-focused process that helps you:

Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. It provides support, insight, and real-life strategies you can use right away.

What is Psychotherapy?

 

Psychotherapy (also known as counselling or therapy) is a regulated mental health service. Licensed mental health professionals are trained to:


  • Treat mental health conditions
     
  • Provide therapeutic interventions for emotional and psychological healing
     
  • Explore past experiences and deep-rooted patterns
     
  • Support clients working through clinical or complex emotional issues
     

In Ontario, psychotherapy is regulated by the CRPO and other professional colleges, ensuring practitioners meet specific standards and ethical guidelines.
